On November 18, 2025, the 7th University of Agri Plus Scientific Conference took place in Lublin – one of the most important events organized by our company. Once again, we created a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience between producers, experts, and the academic community.
The conference was an opportunity to present the latest trends in animal health and welfare management, biosecurity, and production efficiency. The conference program covered issues related to the most current challenges facing the industry. Topics included cannibalism in pigs, vaccination errors, respiratory diseases, piglet quality, and reducing the use of antibiotics. Speakers from Poland and abroad emphasized the importance of innovative solutions in animal husbandry in the face of market and regulatory challenges.
The conference was also a place where science and practice came together. The event was attended by representatives of university authorities and students from veterinary medicine departments across Poland, who brought a fresh perspective and energy. Their presence shows how important it is to educate future specialists based on the real challenges of animal husbandry. Special mention should be made of the students associated with IVSA Lublin, who were actively involved in organization of the entire event.
The conference could not have taken place without the support of sponsors and partners, whose contributions help strengthen the pig farming sector. Their presence underscores the importance of cooperation between business and the scientific community.
Agri Plus not only sets standards in pork production, but also invests in education, innovation, and the development of the entire industry. The 7th Scientific Conference is proof that industry leaders are taking responsibility for the future of livestock farming in Poland. The University of Agri Plus Conference consists of lectures but also serves as a platform for the exchange of experiences and discussions about the future of livestock farming. In the face of challenges such as ASF, antibiotic restrictions, and climate change, knowledge and innovation are becoming crucial to maintaining the competitiveness of Polish pork production.
