Strength in unity – Animex connects the companies

Animex Holding, belonging to the European group of Morliny Foods, took another important step in the development of its business in Poland. As of June 2nd, 2025, there was a formal merger of entities, including: Animex Foods and Agri Plus.

The acquiring company is Animex Holding, which simultaneously adopted the name Animex Foods.
From this moment on, it is under this name that the group’s activities in the area of feed production, pig and poultry operations, as well as slaughter and processing of pork and poultry will be conducted. Well-known brands, i.e. Krakus, Morliny, Berlinki, and Agri Plus will also operate within the company.

Uniform structure. Greater efficiency. Common strategy.

This decision is part of a long-term strategy to simplify structures and maximize synergies between raw material production and meat processing. Thanks to consolidation, it will be possible to efficiently manage the entire value chain “from farm to fork”, which will allow for simplification of processes and faster response to market needs. – By formally scaling teams and processes, we increase our operational strength and ability to achieve ambitious business goals. It is not only structural integration, but actual organizational strengthening that will allow us to operate even more effectively – emphasizes Jacek Dziełak, President of Animex Foods Management Board.

This consolidation brings a number of specific benefits, primarily including the following:

• a simplified decision-making structure and reduced internal bureaucracy,
• greater operational and financial efficiency,
• integrated management systems, procurement or IT,
• greater investment strength and competitiveness in the domestic and international markets.
