What does the recruitment process usually look like?

Recruitment process for specialists (White Collar)

Stage I

As a result of a detailed review of the application, selected people are invited to an interview with a member of the HR Team or a potential supervisor, usually online (Teams).

Stage II

We invite you to a second recruitment meeting at our company’s headquarters, if the recruitment process requires it.

Note: the candidate selection process may be adapted to the individual needs of a given recruitment, depending on the specificity of the position or the participation of other authorized parties in the recruitment, e.g. a recruitment agency or the Employment Office.

Stage III

We get back to you with feedback. If it is positive, you will receive a job offer from us, and if we are currently unable to employ you, you will also receive a response.

Recruitment process for blue collar workers (Blue Collar)

Stage I

As a result of a detailed review of the application, a member of the HR Team or a potential supervisor calls the selected person and conducts an initial interview with him or her or invites him to a meeting.
