I. PERSONAL DATA

The administrators of personal data obtained via the website https://www.agriplus.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as: “Website“) are jointly the companies of the Smithfield Polska Group, bound by a joint-administration agreement (hereinafter: “Co-administrators”). An excerpt from the agreement in question has been published on the website www.animex.pl and www.agriplus.pl (in the “Personal data” tab). These entities determine the purposes and methods of processing your personal data.

The Joint Controllers take care of the protection of personal data and privacy of persons visiting the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Users“). Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/ 46/EC (“GDPR”).
We want each User to know exactly how they can protect both their personal data and their privacy. Therefore, please read the information below carefully.
The User’s personal data is processed by the Joint Controllers in order to:

  • answering the inquiry addressed to the Joint Controllers to the e-mail address located in the “Contact” tab – sending the inquiry is tantamount to the User’s consent to the processing of his data for the purpose of answering such an inquiry;
  • performance of obligations imposed on the Joint Controllers by law;
  • ensuring the proper display of the Website on the device used by the User, adjusting the content of the Website to the Users’ preferences and its continuous optimization, including using the Google Analytics tool (legitimate purpose of the Joint Controllers);


The legal basis for the processing of the User’s personal data is, respectively:

  • 6 sec. 1 lit. a) of the GDPR – in the case of sending an inquiry to the Co-administrators to the e-mail address located in the “Contact” tab; providing contact details is completely voluntary, but necessary to answer the User’s inquiry;
  • Article 6(s) 1 lit. c) GDPR – to the extent that personal data is processed due to legal obligations;
  • 6 section 1 lit. f) GDPR – to the extent that personal data is processed in order to ensure the correct display of the Website on the device used by the User, adjusting the content of the Website to Users’ preferences and its continuous optimization, including using the Google Analytics tool.

The recipients of the personal data provided by the User are suppliers of goods and services necessary for the implementation of the above. purposes and entities entrusted by the Joint Controllers with the processing of the User’s personal data.
In the scope of processing the User’s data for statistical purposes, the recipient of his data is Google Inc. based in the USA.
The User’s personal data will be stored:

  • in the case of data processed on the basis of consent – until the User withdraws the consent granted;
  • in the case of personal data processed in order to fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions – until these obligations are fulfilled and for the period required by law;
  • in the case of personal data processed in connection with the legitimate interest of the Joint Administrators – until the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of the Joint Administrators constituting the basis for this processing or until the objection to such processing is raised; in the case of data processed for statistical purposes using the Google Analytics tool, these data will be deleted after a maximum of 50 months.

The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal) – in the case of processing personal data on the basis of consent, as well as the right to access their content, as well as the right to rectify them , deletion, restriction of processing or transfer and the right to object to processing. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

II. COOKIES

In order to ensure proper operation and display of the Website on the device used by the User, adjusting the content of the Website to Users’ preferences and its continuous optimization, as well as ensuring the continuity of the User’s session (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), the website uses cookies.
Cookies are small files saved on the User’s computer, in which settings and other information related to the use of the Joint Controllers’ Website are stored. Cookies allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User’s device and thus properly display the Website. They are also necessary to ensure the continuity of the User’s session.
