Animex Foods and Agri Plus jointly encourage students of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences to work. Representatives of both companies actively participated in the 12th Job Fair organized by the university.

On March 8, in the Sports Hall of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the XII. Job fairs,
during which students had the opportunity to become acquainted with with hundreds of job offers, apprenticeships and internships prepared by exhibitors from many industries. This is a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the recruitment requirements of individual companies, and to obtain answers
for the most bothering questions and a direct meeting with potential employers.

Animex Foods and Agri Plus, as companies belonging to the Smithfield Polska group, provide unlimited development opportunities both in the country and abroad. Both companies have been operating in the Polish agri-food sector for many years, and their sustainable development policy focuses on several key areas of operation: natural environment, quality and safety of food produced, animal welfare, employee safety, helping local communities and creating added value for the company and her surroundings.

The joint presence of companies from the Smithfield Polska group at the Job Fair was not accidental, because both companies work primarily for the benefit of consumers, to whom they want to provide products of the highest quality. Animex Foods deals with the production of meat and meat products, while Agri Plus focuses its activities on the acquisition of raw materials from which food is made, i.e. it deals with plant cultivation and feed production, integrated with pig and poultry farming. The companies operate on the principle of synergy, based on the idea of “from farm to fork”, they are able to control the quality and safety of their products at every stage of their production.

Both companies are looking for highly specialized staff operating within the entire food supply chain, while the Warsaw University of Life Sciences is one of the education leaders in this area. Active recruitment and talks with young people during the Fair were therefore a great solution. We hope that soon many participants of the event will join our ranks.
